General Information
Our unique process allows us to manufacture in short or long runs so you can order the quantity
you
actually need. A huge range of base colours are available including holographic film. All our inserts
are coated with a lensing / doming resin for protection and unique eye catching appeal. Inserts are
printed at 600dpi giving vibrant colours and sharp detail.
Sizes
The standard sizes are 50mm dia and 25mm dia. Custom sizes and shapes on request.

Self adhesive.
Colour
Our trophy inserts are available in a wide range of colours. The printing process is CMYK with
metalized silver and gold, with a number of spot colours available, therefore exact PMS matches are
not always possible. Metallized gold or silver look particularly striking when printed on a dark base.
Gold, silver and black are solid colours which can be printed on a wide range of coloured bases
including metallic, metallized, holographic and others.
Deluxe and corporate
Deluxe trophy inserts can feature three or more colours, full colour process, speciality bases and
metallic gold or silver.
Corporate trophy inserts feature one or two colours. All inserts are lensed.
Numbering
Our trophy inserts can be individually numbered or named at minimal cost.
Artwork
A trophy insert may be small but with the assistance of our capable designers you can be confident
of a professional layout. If possible your logo should be supplied via e-mail in one of the following formats, listed in order of preference - Corel Draw (ver. 9 or below) .ai,
.wmf, .eps or post us a good quality bromide or letterhead. If your company or club does not have a
logo Signs Plus can design a unique logo to enhance your corporate image.
Delivery
Normal delivery 7-12 working days by Post within Australia and the USA. Other
countries may experience longer delays, please enquire when placing an order or seeking a
quotation. Urgent jobs are our speciality.
